We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application.
To begin the Online Application process, you'll be asked to create an account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms. Sacred Heart Catholic School of St. John Paul II Pastorate focuses on individual student needs while adhering to the standards and benchmarks set by the Diocese of Madison. Our mission and academic pursuit for students identifying who they are made to be, is accomplished through a variety of publishers and curriculum set at age appropriate levels. Most importantly, we believe God created that we might learn through His creation. Sacred Heart uses every opportunity to bring in unique experiences, speakers, and even to "Go Out," and experience learning through creation sharing the Gospel where we go.

Our evaluation in curricular use each year is dependent upon the needs of the classroom and individual students to meet/exceed benchmarks set.
